- Inside CityView Racquet Club, on the penthouse level, at 43-34 32nd Pl PH, Long Island City, NY 11101 — in Queens, a few minutes from the 7, E, M, and G trains. Ask the front desk for the Racquet Pro Shop.
- Who strings the racquets?
- Our lead stringer is Dimas Méndez, trained under the legendary Roman Prokes. He has strung on tour for players including Dominic Thiem, Maria Sakkari, and Marin Cilic, and on the stringing teams at the US Open, Australian Open, and Indian Wells.
- Can I shop online?
- Yes — browse the online shop at shop.racquetmag.com. The in-store selection at CityView is separately curated, with some limited-edition pieces available in person only.
- What do you carry for tennis and padel?
- For tennis: racquet stringing, customization, strings, grips, apparel, and frames. For padel: palas (paddles), grips, and gear. Plus limited-edition Racquet merch, books, and accessories.
- Do I need to be a CityView member to visit?
- No — anyone can visit the Pro Shop to shop, get their racquet strung, or have it customized. Court access (tennis and padel) is reserved for CityView members, with one exception: our premium customization service includes an hour on court to dial in your setup.
